These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to getcatakor.com and purchases from GetCataKor. The website and GetCataKor are operated by (“GetCataKor”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your location. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy protected content, or infringe the rights of CataKorStore or any third party.
2. Health and Supplement Information
CataKorStore products are dietary or food supplements and are not medicines. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice or a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition or are considering use by a minor. Use products only as directed on the label.
Individual experiences vary, and we do not guarantee any particular health, wellness or performance outcome. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3. Product Information and Availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately, but packaging, colours and appearance can differ from on-screen images. Product formulations, packaging, availability and prices may change where permitted by law.
We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order, subject to applicable law.
Customers must provide current, complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information. We may contact you to verify an order or correct an apparent error.
5. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices and available currencies are displayed on the website or at checkout. The total price, including applicable shipping, taxes, duties or other charges collected by us, is shown before the order is submitted.
Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers. We do not receive or store complete payment-card details. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices.
If a genuine pricing or product-information error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order, subject to applicable law.
6. Promotions and Flash Offers
Discount codes, flash offers, bundles and other promotions are subject to their displayed eligibility, duration and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. A limited offer may be changed, withdrawn or refused where it has expired, inventory is unavailable, the eligibility requirements are not met or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Promotional descriptions do not remove mandatory consumer rights. If an order is refunded, the refund is based on the amount actually paid after valid discounts.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping destinations, costs, processing information, delivery estimates, fulfilment arrangements and customs handling are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may use different domestic or international third-party fulfilment facilities. The fulfilment location does not change the identity of the seller.
8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, damaged orders and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits mandatory rights that apply to faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods or to eligible distance-sale cancellations.
9. Accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping login information confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.
10. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions
You must have the right to submit any review, image, video, feedback or other content you provide. Submissions must be honest and must not be unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, infringing or contain malicious software.
By submitting content for publication, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display it in connection with operating and promoting CataKorStore, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law. We may moderate or remove content but are not required to publish every submission.
11. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, designs and software are owned by or licensed to CataKorStore and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where law permits.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, business users agree to indemnify GetCataKor against third-party claims resulting from their unlawful misuse of the website or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by applicable law.
15. Changes to the Website and Terms
We may update the website, products and these Terms for legal, operational or commercial reasons. The version in force when an order is accepted generally applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer. The current version will be posted with an updated date.
16. Severability and No Waiver
If part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
Because the contracting seller is GetCataKor, these Terms and contracts made under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of the country or region where they live.
Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using any court, regulator or dispute-resolution process available to them under mandatory local law.
